•Our members ratified both our Self Governance Agreement ( February 2020) and our Land Code (March 2020)

•Committees were developed for pre-implementation consultation of our Self Governance Agreement prior to full consultation with all members of Moose Deer Point.

•One committee is responsible for the revitalization and protection of our Language and Culture.  With the passing of several of our fluent language speakers, we are seeking input on how we will restore our culture and language back in the community.

•The Moose Deer Point Land Code was ratified in March 2020 and a Lands Management Consultation Committee has been a part of the pre-implementation consultation process as well.
